Fault tolerant methods to reconfigure Multilevel level inverter for single and multiple open circuit switch faults

Abstract: Device ratings limitations of two-level inverters restricted their applications and increased the demand for Multilevel inverters (MLI) for various high-power medium-voltage applications.
