The role of neoadjuvant epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) targeted therapy for EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is unclear. Previous studies have shown that EGFR-TKIs have excellent anti-tumor activity.
