Abstract:Annotation. The key issues with respect to pulmonary sarcoidosis have been raised in the article. Sarcoidosis is a systemic immune mediated disease characterised by granulomas. In recent years, both abroad and within Ukraine, there has been a rapid increase in prevalence, occurrence and mortality due to the said pathology.
