Abstract:In this paper, the linear quadratic optimal control problem for multiparameter singularly perturbed systems (MSPS) is studied in a different approach from the existing methods. The attention is focused on the design of a near-optimal controller which does not depend on the values of the small unknown parameters. It is shown that the resulting controller achieves O(||µ|| 2 ) approximation of the optimal cost for the special case of the fast subsystems compared with the existing results. Moreover, it is also sho… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
