Abstract:L'article propose une analyse comparative entre les féminismes juridiques québécois et canadien. Il utilise la notion d'«intersectionnalité stratégique» entre le féminisme et les luttes politiques d'identité nationale et culturelle comme concept opérationnel pour décrire les conséquences des interactions multiples et compliquées qui se jouent entre ces deux luttes émancipatrices au Québec et dans le ROC.
