Abstract:Abstract. The effective magnetic anisotropy of the ferromagnetic nanocrystalline Fe-Zr-N films prepared by magnetron sputtering under different conditions has been determined by both correlation magnetometry and ferromagnetic resonance methods. The effective magnetic anisotropy values obtained by the two methods are compared and the origin of the values is discussed.
