Abstract:The main aim of the research is to investigate the effect of endurance physical activity on ChaC Glutathione Specific Gamma-Glutamyl cyclotransferase 1 (CHAC1), Glutamate-Cysteine Ligase Catalytic subunit (GCLC), Arachidonate 12-Lipoxygenase (ALOX12), as some ferroptosis related-genes expressed in soleus muscle tissue, in order to clarify apart of muscle atrophy physiology in old rats.
