Fever and temporal headache in a 70-year-old male with presumed large vessels vasculitis

Abstract: Background: Listeria monocytogenes is an opportunistic pathogen that causes severe infections of the Central Nervous System, such as meningitis or meningoencephalitis, and brain abscesses.
