Fexofenadine HCl Microspheres – Can it be the First Line therapy for Allergic Disorders ?

Abstract: Fexofenadine HCl is a second-generation antihistamine which is commonly used for allergic disorders. But it has low bioavailability. Intranasal corticosteroids (INCs) and Immunotherapy and Allergen Specific Immunotherapy (ASIT) are now commonly being suggested for the treatment of allergic disorders.
