Abstract:The interactions of the silane coupling agent methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPS) with both fumed silica and a polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) resin matrix were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
