Abstract:Achondroplasia is the most common genetic form of skeletal dysplasia in humans. It is characterized by short stature and skeletal disproportion. Patients with this condition have comorbidities, such as cardiovascular problems, spinal cord problems, hearing and dental problems as well as psychological issues.
