The high muslim population and the trend of halal living have resulted in increasing interest and growth in the islamic finance industry today. For every individual and company, financial management behavior is an important factor in making good financial decisions, especially in the context of Islamic finance. This research was conducted to find out whether factors such as sharia financial literacy, halal lifestyle, help seeking, locus of control, and sharia financial attitudes have an influence on sharia financial management behavior. This study involved 226 respondents from the JABODETABEK area who were at least 18 years old. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS method. The results showed that all these factors have a positive correlation with sharia financial management behavior. However, when talking about a halal lifestyle, this research concludes that this halal lifestyle has a significant impact on sharia financial management behavior with sharia financial attitudes as moderation. The findings of this research provide important implications for the JABODETABEK region in developing strategies to increase sharia financial inclusion. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for further research in the same field and contribute to a deeper understanding of related theories.

Individuals may apply to more than one source of information when seeking financial advice. Financial decisions a person makes voluntarily or under the influence of others can lead to positive or negative results. In this study, the data set was created with the questionnaire applied to the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University and the financial help seeking behaviors of individuals who are also known as the Z generation and are studying at the university were examined. A total of 354 students voluntarily participated in the study. The obtained data were analyzed with the chi-square test using the SPSS 22 program. According to the findings obtained from the study, it was determined that approximately 94% of the students had financial knowledge. In addition, it was found that students with financial knowledge have financial help seeking behaviors. In other words, it can be claimed that there is a positive relationship between financial knowledge and financial help seeking behaviors. Financial help seeking behaviors, however, generally consisted of discussions with the family and no help was sought from experts in the related field. The results of the analysis revealed the idea that it would be easier for the generation Z, who received financial advice, to make financial planning and achieve financial goals. Future studies can focus on the factors affecting financial help seeking behavior and the quantitative measurement of these factors.
