Finite Element Modelling of Corneal Biomechanics Assessment Using Ultrasonic Elastography

Abstract: Corneal diseases affect corneal tissue shape and its biomechanics leading to a degradation ofthe overall vision quality. Refractive surgeries restore corneal refractive power.
