Abstract: 13Cancer chiefly occurs in vertebrates. Rare in amphibians, and perhaps common in 14 reptiles, various neoplasms and malignant cancers have been reported with erratic frequency by 15 museums, paleontologists, veterinarians, and pet hobbyists.
