“…The criteria for lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing are presented and grouped into four categories referred to as the basic aspects of a manufacturing system, namely: company/organization, manufacturing processes, hardware/software technologies and customer/supplier relationships. Pham et al (2010) developed a model capable of overcoming modern manufacturing challenges and providing strategies and business solutions for sustaining in the competitive environment.
