Abstract:Type 4 hypersensitivity reactions convey a number of conditions that include fixed drug eruptions (FDEs). They share similar pathophysiologic backgrounds and sometimes presentation but can have very variable prognostications. Drugs are amongst the possible causes with acetaminophen and other NSAIDs being reported very frequently.
