Flake-Like WO3-Based Thin Films for Enhanced Ethanol Sensing Applications

Abstract: Undoped and vanadium-doped tungsten trioxide (V–WO3) nanocrystalline thin films were prepared on glass substrates with the spray pyrolysis method.
