Flame Figures in Scabies: A Case Report

Abstract: perivascular inflammatory response throughout the upper and midreticular dermis. Eosinophils were noted as a sparse component of the infiltrate. The epidermis was unremarkable.Because hydrochlorothiazide was considered an unlikely cause for this patient's drug reaction, rechallenge was performed 3 weeks later without incident and therapy was resumed.
