Flap Closure for Gluteal Pilonidal Sinus- Is It an Economically Viable Option?

Abstract: BACKGROUNDFlap closure technique for sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus disease has been conclusively shown to be effective in relieving recurrence rate in many studies, but it is expensive and difficult to perform.
