“…Hence, flexible epitaxial thin film is an essential component of wearable sensors . Recently, some flexible ferromagnetism, ferroelectricity, conductivity, and ME coupling epitaxial thin films have been successfully obtained by using flexible substrate (Mica) or transfer method (peel epitaxial thin films from their hard substrates), such as ITO/Mica, Fe 3 O 4 /Mica, BiFeO 3 ‐CoFe 2 O 4 /Mica, PZT/Mica, BaTi 0.95 Co 0.05 O 3 /Mica, LiFe 5 O 8 , and CoFe 2 O 4 etc . However, the flexible microwave magnetism epitaxial thin films are still scarce up to now.…”

“…A recent study based on flexible BiFeO 3 -CoFe 2 O 4 heteroepitaxy on muscovite represents an important progress along this research direction since such a heterostructure can be used to optimize the performance due to a minimization of the substrate clamping effect. 40 It also suggests that the research field of oxide heteroepitaxial nanocomposite on rigid substrates can be transferred to muscovite substrate, providing more materials for flexible applications. 41,42 Based on these studies, more functional oxides will be implemented on muscovite epitaxially in order to expand the material database on muscovite for flexible and transparent electronics.…”

“…20 For instance, ferroelectric Pb(Zr,Ti)O 3 thin films have been deposited on mica via van der Waals epitaxy for flexible nonvolatile memory applications. 21 Another interesting example is the mica-supported lead-free perovskite based on Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3 with a dual electrocaloric cooling and energy-harvesting functionality. 22 In this context, the integration of magnetic materials on mica is also gaining importance.…”
