Abstract:Surface plasmon resonance microscopy (SPRM) has been massively applied for near-field optical measurement, sensing, and imaging because of its high detection sensitivity, nondestructive, noninvasive, wide-field, and label-free imaging capabilities. However, the transverse propagation characteristic of the surface plasmon wave generated during surface plasmon resonance (SPR) leads to notable “tail” patterns in the SPR image, which severely deteriorates the image quality. Here, we propose an incidence angle scan… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
