“…This method enables to increase the accuracy of the analysis by extrapolating the calibration plot to the signal measured for standard solution (added to the measurement vessel before sample), and not to the background signal, as in the case of the conventional standard addition method. The principles of SISAM calibration method were described in detail in this work [ 30 ]. On the basis of the obtained results using SISAM method, the recovery and RSD values were determined (Table 2 ).…”

“…Real sample analysis.-To investigate the performance of the C 3 F 7 -azo + -TaWO 6 /GCE in real samples, the developed electrode was used to the simultaneous determination of AA and DA in human urine sample with a standard addition method. 51 The urine sample was collected by centrifugation and 1 ml of the supernatant was diluted 100 times with PBS of pH = 6, and then different concentrations of AA and DA was added in the urine sample. First, the concentrations of AA and DA in real sample were tested when we have not added a standard, and then the accuracy and antiinterference of C 3 F 7 -azo + -TaWO 6 /GCE is determined by gradually adding AA and DA to the real sample and calculating the recovery and deviation.…”

“…An elevated level of potassium in the blood can lead to serious diseases such as kidney failure, heart attack, or diabetes. The need for controlling the potassium concentration in water and other Materials 2022, 15, 579 2 of 12 sources is undoubtedly valuable not only from the diagnostic point of view, but also from the point of view of water quality assurance [4,5].…”
