Abstract: Bacillus cereus, a foodborne pathogen, produces resilient endospores that are challenging to detect with conventional methods. This study presents a novel Flower-Shaped PCR Scaffold-based Lateral Flow Biosensor (FSPCRS-LFB), which employs an aptamer-integrated PCR scaffold as capture probes, replacing the traditional streptavidin-biotin (SA-Bio) approach.
