Fluorescence Measurements

Abstract: Fluorescence measurements can be used to detect a large number of compounds with a sensitivity rivaling that of radioisotopic methods. In addition to sensitivity, fluorescence analysis provides a means to identify compounds, and determine the concentration of a given compound in a complex mixture.
