Fluorescent “AND” logic gates for simultaneous detection of thiols and protons: photophysical properties, mechanism and bioimaging of living cells

Abstract

Fluorescent probes bearing thiol and proton receptors execute the “AND” logic function for detecting protons and thiols simultaneously. TP2 containing spacer1 of two methylenes and 2-aminoethyl morpholine exhibited the best “AND” logic performance.
