Pencil hardness, adhesion, and impact strength of unmodified acrylate significantly decreased after heating. On the contrary, ZSR/(P(MMA/BA)) showed no significant change with increasing ZSR content.…”

“…23 The core-shell structure of the colloidal particles enables the relatively hydrophobic CAPA3091 shell to form a hydrophobic skeleton inside the matrix to maintain mechanical properties during emulsion demulsication. [53][54][55] As the R value increases, material phase separation, hard segment proportion, and chemical crosslinking density all increase. These factors mitigate the decrease in mechanical properties caused by water increase.…”

“…Meanwhile, a small amount of siloxane was added to the core layer to effectively improve the hydrophobicity, crosslinking density, and aging resistance of latex films. Zhang et al synthesized core–shell latex particles via a semicontinuous emulsion polymerization using acrylate monomers as the main materials and octafluoropentyl methacrylate (OFPMA) as modified monomers, and the results showed that the hydrophobicity, thermal stability, and mechanical properties of polyacrylate emulsion were further improved. According to our previous research, the prepared CLPs ( T g = 25 °C) with film formation were successfully applied to textile printing using a screen-printing method, and the printed fabrics had excellent color fastness and a soft and hard feel.…”
