Abstract: Topical 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is an antineoplastic chemotherapy drug used to treat precancerous and cancerous skin growths, such as actinic keratoses (AKs), squamous cell carcinoma in situ, and superficial basal cell carcinoma.
