Formation Equilibria of Ternary Complexes of Co(Ii) with Girard T (Gt) and Some Amino Acids in Aqueous Solution

Abstract

Equilibrium studies have been carried out on complex formation of Co(II), with Girard T (GT) and L = amino acids in aqueous solution, at 25 ae% C and ionic strength of I = 0.1M (NaNO 3 ). The ternary complexes of Co(II) are formed by stepwise mechanism. The concentration distribution of the complexes is evaluated.
