Formation of Aqueous Two‐Phase Systems Using Potassium Salt and Deep Eutectic Mixtures for Extraction of Proteins

Abstract: Liquid‐liquid extraction such as an aqueous two‐phase system (ATPS) is considered a promising method in the biotechnology field for extraction of biomolecules.
