Formik Asitin İn Vitro Rumen Fermentasyonu ve Metan Üretimine Etkisi

Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı, in vitro gaz üretim tekniği ile yonca kuru otunun rumen fermentesyonu ve metan üretimine formik asitin etkisini belirlemektir. Çalışmada rumen sıvısı inokulumuna 0,0 (kontrol grubu, YF0), 0,1, 0,2, 0,3, 0,4 ve 0,5 ml/L (deneme grupları, sırasıyla YF1, YF2, YF3, YF4 ve YF5) düzeylerinde formik asit (Amasil85-liquid) ilavesinin yonca kuru otunun toplam gaz üretimi (TGÜ), metabolik enerji (ME), organik madde sindirimine (OMS), pH ve metan üretimine etkisi belirlenmiştir.
