Abstract:This research commenced with an exploration of how metal nodes in metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) influence photodynamic therapy (PDT) outcomes. Ultimately, it is revealed that intermolecular interactions are the core mechanism determining the optical properties and PDT efficacy of MOFs.
