Foundations of Influence: Intervention Pathways of Foundation Influence on City Governance and Policy

Abstract: Philanthropic foundations have assumed prominent roles in revitalizing distressed U.S. cities raising questions about their ongoing effects on governance and policy, institutions, access to decision-making, and outcomes.
