Fracture behavior dependent on crack-tip shapes in nanoscale crack-defect monolayer boron nitride sheets

Abstract: Nanoscale defects, including cracks, circular holes, and the triangularshaped defects, often occur in the growth of boron nitride nanosheets (BNNS).
