This study is a systematic review that intends to improve our knowledge of the ideas of open data synchronization and standardization by reviewing the methodology and instruments utilized in previous studies through a careful examination of accessible literature. The methodology of this study was developed in several key phases. Firstly, a search was conducted in electronic databases to identify relevant studies in the field for Open Government Data (OGD). After identifying the studies, they were carefully reviewed through an initial abstract-based screening process. In the next phase, the research design and sample used in each identified study were analyzed to assess their quality and reliability. Subsequently, data from the studies were analyzed and categorized into various categories, including the usability of open data, synchronization, scalability, and reliability. The gained results highlight the importance of open data in our information-driven society. Open data positively impact transparency, anti-corruption efforts, and free access to information. To achieve these benefits, it is crucial to standardize and license open data, giving priority to their usability. The study underscores the importance of open data for transparency, innovation, and citizen engagement. Despite the disadvantages, this technology has the potential to change how governments and society use data.

SummaryThe variety of ingredients used in regional cuisine depends on cultural characteristics and the agricultural products available in a region. Native and in‐season foods are frequently used in local cooking. Products like fruits and vegetables may be obtained from nearby farms. The cultural backgrounds of the local population might also have an impact on the cuisine. A balanced combination of four different tastes (bitter, sweet, salty and sour) increases the appeal of a dish. In this study, a flavour network of Turkish cuisine is built and analysed by examining the relationships between recipes, ingredients and components (including vitamins and minerals like iron and calcium). We created a data set containing recipes and ingredients from five different regional cuisines of Turkiye that span a wide range of geographical and climatic areas. Several analyses have been conducted on Turkish cuisine at both the regional and country levels. This data set also contains component information that can be used to perform various analyses, such as calorie information and allergen identification. The results revealed that Turkish cuisine favours cattle meat from animal products, lemon from fruits, yogurt from dairy products, butter from oils and wheat flour from cereal products.

Path querying refers to the evaluation of path queries in a graph database. New research in this topic is crucial for the development of graph database systems as path queries are associated with relevant use-cases and application domains. The aim of this article is to identify and establish what is currently known about path querying in graph databases. To achieve this, we conducted a systematic mapping study (SMS) in which we explored four digital libraries and collected research papers published from 1970 to 2022. These articles were filtered, classified and analyzed to extract quantitative and qualitative information which is presented in this article. Additionally, we provide a concise description of keywords, use-cases and application domains associated with path querying in graph databases.
