Abstract: Einleitung Muttermilch ist die physiologische und beste Nahrung für das Neugeborene [1]. Sie fördert das Wachstum und die Entwicklung des Kindes und sie bietet ihm einen guten immunologischen Schutz, z. B. durch die Über-tragung von Zellen der Immunabwehr, antimikrobiellen Faktoren wie IgA, Laktoferrin und Lysozym und verschiedenen Verdauungsenzymen wie der Lipase.
