Free-Flowing Complex Bacterial Preparation for Crop and Efficiency of Its Use in Agroecosystems

Abstract: The present study investigated the influence of different nanomaterials on physiological and biochemical activity of the nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azotobacter vinelandii IMV V-7076 and phosphate mobilizing bacteria Bacillus subtilis IMV V-7023 for the development of high-efficient free-flowing bacterial complex for crop production. Among the studied nanomaterials, vermiculite stimulated the most effectively bacterial growth, synthesis of amino acids and phytohormones, dehydrogenase, catalase and peroxidase acti… Show more

“…Nitrogen is an essential macronutrient that promotes plant development and crop yield and quality [27][28][29][30]. Many studies have claimed that N is an essential element involved in the biosynthesis of chlorophyll [31], nucleic acids [32], amino acids [33], and enzymes [34], which are associated with the accumulation of plant nutrients [35,36].…”

“…Thus, upon the cultivation of bacteria in the absence of dispersed materials in nutrient medium the 21.5 ng/mL of izopentyl adenine was detected (Tab 5). Vermiculite and silica dioxide particles addition to the nutrient medium of B. subtilis had resulted in a significant increase in cytokinin production (date was present early) (Kurdish et al, 2015). Besides, the addition of vermiculite to the nutrient medium of B. subtilis had stimulated the production of izopentyl adenine (Yanbo Wang et al, 2010), which are determined to this time is not enough, indicating the need for further research in this urgent scientific direction.…”

“…Важливим фактором стимулюючого впливу мікроорганізмів на ріст і розвиток рослин є синтез ними фітогормонів. Встановлено, що бактерії Bacillus subtilis ІМВ В-7023 і Azotobacter vinelandii ІМВ В-7076 здатні синтезувати ряд речовин фітогормональної природи [45]. За участі к.б.н.…”
