Abstract:The paper discusses the nonlinear noise simulation problems in integrated circuits. The method of automatic varying the number of harmonics is presented to reduce computational efforts of transient noise simulation techniques based on spectral decomposition of stochastic process. The adaptive procedure provides the noise simulation of nonlinear circuits without need to specify number of noise harmonics before the analysis.
