Abstract:INTRODUCTION:
French Guiana ranks third in terms of the prevalence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SL) in overseas French departments; however, data are insufficient. Lupus flares (LF) are multifactorial and have adverse consequences, particularly in patients with lupus nephritis (LN).
