Friedrich Disease

Abstract: Case: A 16-year-old girl presented with pain and swelling of the medial edge of the clavicle. She denied previous trauma and was evaluated by multiple physicians for a possible infection or neoplastic lesion. The patient underwent multiple studies and procedures, including blood tests, imaging studies, and biopsy. After 6 months, a diagnosis of osteochondrosis of the medial clavicle was made.
