Abstract:Present work aimed to analyse single and competitive lead and cadmium batch adsorption, using experimental studies and mathematical modelling. The experiments were conducted in silent and ultrasound-assisted systems, in aqueous environment, using grinded hazelnut shells as porous biosorbent.
