Abstract:Marburg type is a rare variant of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) characterized by a severe and progressive course/evolution leading to exitus in few months. Its radiological presentation commonly raises suspicion of a malignancy, often requiring a brain biopsy for histological confirmation.
