Functional activity of permeability transition pore in energized and deenergized rat liver mitochondria

Abstract: permeability transition pore (mpTp) opening was studied under energized and deenergized conditions in rat liver mitochondria, and the effect of membrane depolarization on mPTP activity was evaluated.
