Abstract:Objective: To evaluate functional outcomes of surgery of spastic hip adductor muscles (obturator neurotomy with or without adductor longus tenotomy) in ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients, using preoperatively defined personalized goals.
Design: Retrospective observational descriptive study.
