Functions, spatial characteristics, and project management features of the "Temporary Plaza Utilization" on privately-owned land in central Tokyo

Abstract: This study clarifies the functional and spatial characteristics of "provisional use of plazas" by private operators in central Tokyo, as well as the characteristics of project management.
