Nonlinear variation of the energy gap with composition was found in Zn,Hgl-,Te alloys at different points in the Brillouin zone [5]. The Zn,Hgl_.Te system has a strong dependence of the lattice parameter on composition [lo], whereas the Cd,Hgl-,Te system has the same value of the lattice parameter for the whole range of composition [ll].…”
