Further insight into the oscillating photocarrier grating technique: influence of the oscillation amplitude

Abstract: Allowing for the simultaneous determination of the photocarriers drift mobilities and their smallsignal recombination lifetime, the Moving photocarrier Grating Technique (MGT) is a useful characterization tool for photoconductive semiconductors.
