Abstract:The Egyptian isolate of Tomato bushy stunt virus, the TBSV Egh was further characterized with respect to its coat protein gene (P42CP), movement protein gene (P22MP) and replication protein gene (P33RP). All 3 genes were amplified by PCR from TBSV Egh purified virus.
