Abstract:Replicated blood typing reagents were made to detect an interaction antigen (hybrid substance) on the red cells of several species hybrids of birds. Reagents against pigeon X ringneck dove hybrids are compared with other reagents made in an effort to find a similar interaction in the chicken X guinea fowl hybrid and in the ringneck X mourning dove hybrid.
