Fusariosis in the Sphere

Abstract: Summary In 2012, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported a fungal meningitis outbreak due to Exserohilum rostratum, caused by methylprednisolone administration. Twelve years later, an iatrogenic outbreak of Fusarium meningitis was documented in Mexico after epidural anesthesia.
