Abstract:In this paper, Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy for use in the detection of mold spores is proposed. The proposed sensor uses an array of MEMS cantilevers to detect the chemical composition of a sample. That sample is adhered to the surface below the cantilever using an antifungal antibody.
